They value PMs who communicate well, stay ahead of issues, and build trust with both clients and field teams.Job DescriptionOversee the successful management of construction projects, providing leadership to the team in achieving project goals, objectives, and client expectations.Ensure efficient coordination of project requirements, leading the team in collaborative and synergistic efforts with other disciplines.Review all reporting systems and procedures, and prepare comprehensive reports to clients and senior management, detailing progress and costs.Promote and maintain strong client relationships.Prepare individual packages for competitive bidding of project work, receive, analyze, and clarify all bids, and make award recommendations.Establish and monitor project costs and schedules.Receive, review, and process all vendor submittals, including expediting the delivery of materials and equipment.Prepare all required project status reports to keep clients informed and coordinated.Develop and implement site utilization plans, and establish the necessary crew sizesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
