Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Handyman role based in Farmingdale, NJ. The Handyman will be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, which may include minor plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general building upkeep. Daily tasks will involve assessing repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, replacing fixtures, and ensuring that facilities are in excellent condition. The role requires working independently or in collaboration with team members to maintain a safe and functional environment for clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to handle equipment and facility repairs effectively.Ability to use hand and power tools safely and appropriately.Good time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to follow instructions, read blueprints or technical diagrams, and comply with safety guidelines.Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and working at heights.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training are a plus.Prior experience in handyman or maintenance roles is preferred but not mandatory.
