They are responsible for working with the client application teams, quality assurance team, and architect team to ensure the delivery of high quality, high value product features.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nDevelop massively scaling, user-facing front and backend for web applications\nDesign and implement low-latency, highly available, and performant applications\nBuild reusable code and libraries using efficient, testable coding practices\nLogically identify and resolve issues using root cause analysis\nProvide development support in debugging and resolving defects as assigned, in support of assigned development projects and/or testing efforts\nProvides estimates of level of work effort and time for completion\nThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones that team members can be required to perform\nQualifications:\n\nWhat You Bring to the Team\n\nBS degree in Computer Sciences, programming or a related discipline or demonstrable equivalent experience\n1 to 3 years professional experience developing and analyzing web applications using technologies including JavaScript, CSS, SASS or other CSS preprocessor, HTML, REST, and AJAX\n1 to 3 years professional experience developing and analyzing Salesforce and its Apex coding language.\nStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Principles, Data Structures, and Algorithms\nUnderstanding of Agile processes and workflow\nCapable of analyzing issues in existing code and providing root cause analysis as well as remedy options\nCapable of planning and estimating assigned work items effectively\nExcellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities\nTeam player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently\nSound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information\nExcellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions\n\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\n\nThe physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods.
