This position is ideal for a human services professional who is passionate about recovery-oriented care, staff development, and creating meaningful opportunities for residents to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives in the community.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nAs Community Residence Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered residential environment. You will oversee daily operations, mentor and supervise staff, and help residents develop the skills and confidence needed to maximize independence and community inclusion.\r\nKey responsibilities include:\r\nProviding leadership, supervision, training, and support to residential staff.\r\nEnsuring residents receive high-quality, recovery-focused, person-centered services.\r\nPromoting resident engagement, self-determination, and community integration.\r\nMonitoring service delivery, documentation, and program compliance.\r\nSupporting residents through counseling, behavioral interventions, crisis management, and skill-building services.\r\nAssisting residents in achieving individualized service plan goals and greater independence.\r\nParticipating in the program's on-call rotation and assisting with overall program operations.\r\nHelping maintain fiscal accountability, residential standards, and a welcoming home environment.\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.\r\nMinimum of two years of experience in Human Services.\r\nMinimum of six months of supervisory or management experience.\r\nValid New York State driver's license with a clean driving record.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nKnowledge of OMH regulations and residential services.\r\nExperience supporting individuals with serious mental illness in residential or community-based settings.\r\nWhy Join CEC Healthcare?\r\nWhen you join CEC Healthcare, you become part of an organization committed to improving lives through compassionate care, respect, and community inclusion.
