Wefeature site-specific installations created by artists in residence from around the world.Required Skills Passionate about art and artists, and excited to share that passion with others through variousforms of interpersonal communication. Interested in gaining experience in a non-profit arts setting, specifically in fundraising, specialevents, museum membership and community engagement. Strong writing skills and attention to detail. Eager to contribute new ideas and improve systems. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRMsystems or other databases is a plus.Your Role Conduct donor and member correspondence via post-visit touch-base emails, calls, etc. Assist with event and program planning and execution as needed, including membershipevents, exhibition openings and the museum’s Garden Party fundraiser. Collaborate with various museum departments to design and execute strategiccommunications and solicitations for membership and fundraising campaigns; especiallyassisting in Giving Tuesday strategy, preparations, and communications. Aid in data cultivation, maintenance, and reporting for various fundraising-related projects. Research member and donor cultivation opportunities and prospects.
