Director of Sales and Marketing

Role Description The Director of Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in the Keene, Texas , responsible for leading and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth for senior living communities. This role oversees day-to-day sales operations, including managing lead generation, tracking conversion metrics, and implementing community-level and regional marketing initiatives. The Director will coach, support, and develop sales teams, ensuring consistent sales processes, effective outreach, and outstanding customer service to prospective residents, families, and referral partners. Responsibilities include collaborating with community leadership on market positioning, conducting competitive analyses, developing marketing campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders. The role also requires regular reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews to align sales and marketing efforts with organizational goals.QualificationsProven experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industries.Strong background in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and process optimization.Demonstrated ability in Team Management, including coaching, mentoring, and leading cross-functional or community-based sales teams.Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, addressing concerns, and supporting residents, families, and referral sources.Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, including community outreach, events, and partnerships that support occupancy goals.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and basic marketing tools or platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Experience in senior living or healthcare environments is highly beneficial, along with knowledge of local market dynamics in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
