The Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead all preconstruction activities, including estimating support, scheduling, logistics planning, procurement strategy, and constructability reviews.\nCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to finalize project scope, design intent, and execution plans.\nReview, negotiate, and administer client, subcontractor, and vendor contracts.\nLead and mentor project teams, including assistant project managers, project engineers, and field staff, fostering accountability and collaboration.\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop, maintain, and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software.\nCoordinate project sequencing, subcontractor activities, material procurement, and site logistics to ensure timely project delivery while proactively mitigating risks and delays.\nManage project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.\nReview and approve subcontractor/vendor invoices, pay applications, and change orders while controlling costs and minimizing scope creep.\nProcure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.\nOversee project quality control and ensure compliance with contract documents, company standards, and project specifications.\nConduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and safety performance.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies while promoting a strong safety culture across all project teams.\nBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication, regular progress updates, budget reporting, and issue resolution.\nLead project closeout activities, including final inspections, commissioning, punch list completion, turnover documentation, warranties, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.\nConduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nWork Conditions & Travel:\nThis position requires 50%+ of travel across the United States. The remainder of the time, the position will be held remotely or out of our Plano, TX office in the Dallas Fort Worth area. A highly collaborative environment that flourishes when individual and team contributions combine to achieve target goals and objectives.
