Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance to resolve production issues\nSkills/Ability:\nCreativity/innovation\nEffective oral and written communication\nOrganization and Interpersonal skills\nRoot cause analysis of complex technical issues\nStrong analytical and statistical skills\nAdaptable, flexible, problem-solving skills, sense of urgency\nKnowledge of various manufacturing and quality processes\nPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions:\n100% Onsite role in office and manufacturing environment\nTravel less than 25% of the time\nHands on testing and/or troubleshooting\nAbility Lifting up to 50 lbs.\nEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering – BSME Preferred (ABET accredited College/University) 3-5 years of mechanical engineering competency in a manufacturing environment\nAutodesk Inventor experience a plus but not required\nElectrical wiring and design a plus but not required.\nFood equipment experience preferred\nBenefits:\n(3) Buckets of Paid Time Off, Vacation, Floating Holiday, and Sick Time\n(9) Paid Company Holidays\n401(k) and Retirement Investment Plans\n(3) Different Medical Plans to choose from in addition to Dental, Vision, and FSA or HSA benefits.\nTuition Assistance\nITW Volunteer Match Program\nCompensation Information:\n$75,000-$85,000\nDepends on experience\nITW is an equal opportunity employer.
