This role will establish the operating rhythm for the vehicle, develop account and pursuit strategies, strengthen OEM and channel partnerships, coordinate cross-functional readiness, and oversee RFQ activity from opportunity identification through order execution. The position serves as a central point of accountability across business development, operations, finance, contracts, partners, customers, and leadership to ensure Venatôre is positioned to compete effectively and scale its SEWP business.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSEWP Strategy & Growth\n\nOwn Venatôre’s overall SEWP strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan.\nDevelop account strategies for initial and priority SEWP customer targets.\nIdentify customer demand signals and translate them into actionable pursuit strategies.\nDefine initial solution bundles, priority offerings, and go-to-market focus areas.\nDevelop and execute a 30-, 60-, and 90-day SEWP readiness and growth plan.\nIdentify growth opportunities and recommend actions to increase RFQ participation, competitiveness, and order volume.\n\nPartner & Channel Management\n\nDevelop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, resellers, and solution partners.\nEstablish clear expectations, responsibilities, and follow-through requirements for strategic partners.\nOwn partner accountability and ensure commitments, pricing inputs, and pursuit actions are completed on schedule.\nMonitor partner activity and identify gaps or opportunities that may affect Venatôre’s competitive position.\n\nRFQ & Pursuit Management\n\nReview the SEWP RFQ pipeline and quote activity on a weekly basis.\nEstablish and manage RFQ go/no-go criteria in coordination with Dan, Matt, and company leadership.\nEvaluate RFQs based on customer fit, partner readiness, solution viability, pricing, margin expectations, and probability of success.\nDocument and communicate no-bid decisions and supporting rationale.\nDrive timely quote development and monitor quote turnaround performance.\nTrack pursued opportunities through award, order status, and completion of next actions.\n\nBusiness Development & Account Coordination\n\nCoordinate with Business Development on customer outreach, account planning, and pursuit priorities.\nAlign customer engagement activities with identified demand signals and SEWP growth objectives.\nSupport development of account plans and targeted strategies for priority agencies and customers.\n\nOperational Readiness & Stakeholder Management\n\nCoordinate with operations, finance, and contracts to ensure organizational readiness for SEWP opportunities and orders.\nIdentify and resolve internal process, pricing, contractual, operational, or partner-related blockers.\nServe as an escalation point for the NASA SEWP Program Management Office, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.\nMaintain clear communication across internal and external stakeholders throughout the RFQ and order lifecycle.\n\nPerformance Reporting\n\nProvide regular leadership reporting on SEWP performance, pipeline health, and execution priorities.\nTrack and report:\nRFQs received and reviewed.\nRFQs pursued.\nNo-bid decisions and rationale.\nPartner activity and responsiveness.\nQuote turnaround time.\nTotal quoted value.\nMargin expectations.\nOrder and award status.\nCurrent blockers and risks.\nRequired next actions and ownership.\nUse performance data to identify trends, improve execution, and recommend adjustments to Venatôre’s SEWP strategy.\n\nBenefits\n\nVenatôre offers a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our employees, including:\n\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n10 Federal Holidays\n401(k) with company matching\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid parental leave\nPaid military leave\n\nVenatôre is a woman owned small business and an equal opportunity employer.
