This role will drive the evolution of a modern analytics ecosystem that supports clinical, financial, and operational performance while ensuring high standards of data governance and regulatory compliance.This leader will play a key role in building a scalable data environment, enhancing reporting capabilities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesData Strategy & GovernanceEstablish and lead data governance practices, including data standards, stewardship, and KPI alignmentEnsure consistency, accuracy, and transparency across enterprise reportingDevelop and maintain enterprise data definitions, reporting frameworks, and data cataloging practicesPartner with senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with organizational prioritiesBuild and mentor a high-performing analytics and informatics teamData Architecture & IntegrationOversee the design and optimization of enterprise data platforms, including cloud-based data warehouse environmentsLead development of scalable data pipelines and transformation processes using modern ETL/ELT toolsEnsure seamless integration across clinical systems, financial platforms, and third-party applicationsMaintain secure, compliant data access standards and system performanceAnalytics & ReportingLead development of dashboards and reporting solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial insightsStandardize metrics, data models, and reporting methodologiesAutomate recurring reporting for regulatory and internal stakeholdersTranslate complex datasets into meaningful insights for executive leadershipEnsure accuracy and validation of externally reported dataPharmacy & Specialty Program InformaticsProvide oversight of pharmacy-related data systems and reporting initiativesSupport data exchange processes, integrations, and reporting workflows related to pharmacy programsDevelop analytics to monitor utilization, performance, and revenue opportunitiesEnsure data integrity and compliance with applicable program requirementsSupport audit readiness and operational transparencyClinical Systems OptimizationServe as a subject matter resource for EHR data structures and reporting capabilitiesPartner with clinical and IT teams to improve documentation workflows and data captureLead enhancements, integrations, and testing efforts related to clinical applicationsIdentify and resolve data integrity or system issues through root cause analysisFinancial & Operational AnalyticsCollaborate with finance leadership to develop reporting on revenue cycle, payer performance, and cost analysisSupport program evaluation, grant reporting, and service line performanceIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue captureDeliver insights that support strategic planning and performance improvementCollaboration & EnablementServe as a liaison between technical teams and operational stakeholdersDevelop documentation for reporting logic, workflows, and data definitionsProvide training and support to end users on data tools and interpretationPromote a data-driven culture across departmentsLeadership ScopeDirect oversight of analytics and informatics resourcesOpportunity to shape and scale the organization's data and reporting functionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in a relevant field (e.g., Health Informatics, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or similar)5+ years of experience in data analytics, informatics, or data architecture within a healthcare environment3+ years of leadership or team management experienceHands-on experience designing and managing enterprise reporting environmentsTechnical ExpertiseStrong experience with modern data warehouse platforms (cloud-based preferred)Advanced SQL and data modeling skillsExperience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline developmentExperience working with healthcare systems such as EHR platforms and reporting toolsPreferred ExperienceExperience working with clinical and operational healthcare dataFamiliarity with regulatory reporting requirements and healthcare compliance standardsExposure to pharmacy-related data systems or specialty program analyticsExperience supporting large-scale analytics transformations or rebuildsWhat You'll Work OnLead the transformation of an existing analytics and reporting environment into a modern, scalable data platformImprove reporting capabilities to deliver timely insights across clinical, financial, and operational domainsSupport initiatives focused on improving patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performanceBuild a foundation for near real-time reporting and advanced analytics capabilitiesDexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
