The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\nAnswer customer calls and input ride information using a computerized scheduling system.\r\nEnter new customer information and changes into the system.\r\nEnter data with an error of 1% or less for notation of transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, addresses, and other information as outlined in the operations and procedures manual.\r\nResolve service-related complaints.\r\nDocuments trip authorization according to procedures.\r\nOther duties as required.\r\nQualifications :\r\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\r\nReservationist or customer service experience.\r\nComputer literate\r\nExcellent communication and listening skills.\r\nExercise professional telephone etiquette.\r\nSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
