Under the supervision of a BCBA, the Apprentice assists with treatment, evaluation, supervision, and parent training to address behavior challenges and skill development in children.\nThis apprenticeship provides structured, hands-on experience designed to build clinical competence and gradually increase independence while accruing supervision hours toward Board Certification in Behavior Analysis.\nApprentices also function in a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) capacity and are required to maintain a minimum saturation level of 60% combined RBT Direct and BCBA Billable Hours weekly.
