Supporting delivery needs across North America, Europe, and other cross-regional flows, GOFO employs over 3,000 team members worldwide with operations across the United States, Canada, France, the Netherlands, and Italy.Responsibilities:- Perform daily maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment (e.g., machinery, automation systems) to ensure optimal operation.- Quickly identify equipment faults and perform effective repairs to minimize production downtime.- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance according to scheduled plans to ensure equipment stability and long-term performance.- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance history, and report equipment performance to management.- Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth equipment and system operations, and assist in equipment upgrades and modification projects.- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance and repair activities to ensure a safe working environment.Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in mechanical equipment maintenance, with the ability to independently perform repairs and troubleshoot issues.- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, equipment structures, and maintenance procedures, with strong troubleshooting skills.- Proficient with maintenance tools and equipment, capable of mechanical assembly and disassembly.- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player with good communication skills.- GED or above, preferably in mechanical-related fields.Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency repair requests; strong stress management skills.- Mandarin is required.
