Candidates with prior GMP warehouse experience and familiarity with RF scanners and material handling equipment are encouraged to apply.\nType: 6-month contract with potential for extension\nLocation: Fremont, CA – Onsite\nCompensation: $26–$28/hr + 15% 3rd shift differential\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM\nKey Responsibilities\nPick, package, stage, weigh, and prepare customer orders for shipment to internal and external destinations using RF scanning equipment and required documentation.\nMonitor inventory of operational supplies in designated areas and communicate replenishment needs to the team coach.\nRestock materials as needed to ensure work areas remain properly supplied.\nMaintain clean, organized work areas and perform basic housekeeping and light maintenance activities in preparation for internal and external audits.\nComplete daily cycle counts using RF technology and work with Inventory Control to investigate and correct inventory variances.\nQualifications\n2+ years of prior GMP experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.\nExperience using RF scanners and basic computer systems for inventory and material transactions.\nAbility to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, conveyors, pallet scales, shrink wrappers, and related material handling equipment.\nAbility to accurately follow SOPs, Work Instructions, safety procedures, and verbal direction.\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nReliable transportation and ability to travel between warehouse locations as needed.\nPreferred: Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.\nPhysical Requirements: Regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs., frequently up to 40 lbs., and occasionally up to 60 lbs. with assistance.\nThis job description outlines the desired qualifications and responsibilities; not every requirement is necessarily required.
