They are responsible for working with the client application teams, quality assurance team, and architect team to ensure the delivery of high quality, high value product features.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nDevelopment of large-scale enterprise applications that service multiple client applications\nBuild reusable code and libraries using efficient, testable coding practices\nLogically identify and resolve issues using root cause analysis\nProvide development support in debugging and resolving defects as assigned, in support of assigned development projects and/or testing efforts\nProvide estimates of level of work effort and time for completion\nParticipate in agile ceremonies\nThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones that team members can be required to perform.\nQualifications:\n\nWhat You Bring to the Team\n\nBS degree in Computer Sciences, programming or a related discipline or demonstrable equivalent experience\nFundamental understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Principles, Data Structures, and Algorithms\nCapable of implementing small pieces of functionality and bug fixes under the close guidance of a Senior Developer\nCapable of delivering work that has already been clearly defined and outlined\nExcellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nTeam player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently\nSound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information\nExcellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions\n\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\n\nThe physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods.
