Acquisition Lead

Our achievements include 8 major projects that are popular among our clients and successfully operate in Tier 1-3 countries.We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Acquisition Lead to join our fast-growing crypto casino project. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user growth, optimizing acquisition channels, and scaling traffic in a highly competitive iGaming environment. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple channels (Affiliates, SEO, PPC, Social, Influencers, Display, etc.)Manage and scale affiliate programs, including sourcing, onboarding, and optimizing partner performanceBuild and manage relationships with influencers, streamers, and community leadersLead community-driven acquisition efforts across Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord, and other Web3 platformsAnalyze traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI across all acquisition channelsCollaborate with Product, CRM, and Retention teams to improve funnel performance and LTVIdentify new growth opportunities and test innovative acquisition approaches (including Web3-native channels)Monitor competitors and market trends in crypto and iGaming spaceManage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spendBuild and optimize tracking systems (postbacks, attribution tools, analytics)Requirements:3+ years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in iGaming, crypto, or high-risk verticalsStrong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance channelsProven experience working with influencers, streamers, and community-driven marketing (Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord)Experience with crypto audiences and Web3 ecosystemsProven track record of scaling traffic and managing acquisition budgetsStrong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in performance optimizationFamiliarity with tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, Binom, Google Analytics, etc.)Strong communication and negotiation skillsNice to Have:Existing network of affiliates, influencers, and streamers in iGaming/cryptoExperience with influencer deal structures (revshare, CPA, hybrid models)Why you should join us:We work remotely: Mon-Fri, from 10:00 to 19:00 (UTC+2) – save time by avoiding commutingPaid vacation and sick leave – we care about your health and timely rest.
