The Program Manager manages the program planning, execution, requirements changes, risk mitigation, and issue tracking to achieve organizational objectives.\n\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAccountable for program scope and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.\nEnsure effective program management tools and processes are utilized, including the use of Eaton’s PROLaunch process and agile methodologies as applicable.\nLead project teams. Identify required activities across functions, hold team members accountable for successful execution. Maintain a structured resource allocation plan.\nEmploy effective requirements and change management techniques. Assess and promptly communicate potential impacts of any changes and recommendations to stakeholders.\nLead teams in program risk assessment and deployment of sound mitigation strategies. Monitor risk and take decisive and early action to resolve any issues.\nMaintain a robust Communications Plan, inclusive of regular presentations to senior leaders relevant to status of programs. Prepare and publish formal program metrics and reports on a (minimum) monthly basis.\nParticipate in annual planning processes such as EBS Pull Events. Understand CPA strategic plans and help determine project priorities and benefits.\nUnderstand Eaton program management, financial, and productivity tracking systems and processes. Work with functional leaders to accurately forecast, monitor, and report on program financials. Manage projects within profit plan budget.\nServe as a PROLaunch champion, mentor other PMs in the PMO community, help with implementation of improvement action plans and standardization of PM best practices.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.\nA minimum of 3 years of experience leading programs or projects for engineering or manufacturing teams.\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
