This role is well‐suited to someone who enjoys working hands‐on with complex datasets, writing high‐quality SQL, and partnering closely with product, client services, and data teams.You'll play a key role in analyzing, transforming, and validating data used across client reporting, integrations, and internal platforms.Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reportingWork with large, complex datasets across relational databasesSupport data integrations, reconciliations, and issue resolutionPartner with internal teams (product, analytics, client services) to understand data requirementsInvestigate data anomalies and ensure high data quality and accuracyContribute to documentation and best practices around SQL and data workflowsSupport automation and process improvements where possibleWhat skills and experience do I need to succeed?Hands‐on experience with SQL (complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning)Experience in financial services, investment management, or performance reportingExperience working with large financial or transactional datasetsSolid understanding of data structures and relational databasesAbility to translate business or client requirements into data queriesStrong problem‐solving and analytical skillsComfortable working independently and collaborating across teamsExposure to Python or other scripting languages for data analysis or automationExperience supporting data integrations or ETL processesFamiliarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platformsWork on high‐impact data that directly supports client reporting and decision‐makingJoin a collaborative, knowledgeable, and growing analytics environmentOpportunity to influence data quality, tooling, and best practicesWhat do we offer?Confluence offers generous benefit packages for team members.
