This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.\n\nWhat kind of candidate are we looking for?\n\nSomeone with several years of experience in the restoration and construction industry and\n\nSomeone who can manage residential and commercial water mitigation projects.\n\nCoordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control\n\nManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews\n\nCommunicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities\n\nDocument a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided\n\nManage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projectsCommunicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues\n\nCommunicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety\n\nManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly\n\nCoach and train restoration technicians\n\nPosition Requirements\n\nValid driver’s license\n\nAt least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction\n\nIICRC certification\n\nAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance\n\nAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)\n\nAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects\n\nAbility to work with/around cleaning agents\n\nEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.\n\nAll employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated Servpro Franchise.
