Lease Management: Supervision of the packing and return of servers/ Network equipment'sUpdate the records in the Asset Management System Vendor Management:Coordinate with vendors visiting for datacenter support.Coordination with vendors/suppliers delivering items.Coordinate with service providers visiting office for service and repair.Escorting Vendors/Suppliers/Service providers into sites with proper authorization and adhering to policies.Qualifications: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in physical asset management. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Proficiency in CMDB and vendor coordination. Strong MS Office skills for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting asset reports. Must Have Skills: Support new hardware installations.
