Atlas is already trusted globally by the world's most advanced hardware companies, including AMD, Anduril, and Bausch & Lomb, for applications across R&D, integration testing, production assembly, and field repair.About the roleAs a Technical Recruiter, you will scale the team building electromagnetic superintelligence, working directly with the leadership team to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent across functions.Working on fast timelines, your responsibilities will span a wide aperture—from sourcing specialized hardware engineers to closing research scientists to kicking off our early careers program.You'll help define how we hire, raise the bar on what great looks like, and own the candidate experience end-to-end.
