Restoration Estimator

Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Restoration Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring our projects are accurately budgeted and financially viable from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Review project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates Analyze labor, materials, and time requirements for each project Obtain and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to clarify project needs Prepare and present detailed written estimates and proposals Update estimates as project scope or conditions change Join our innovative company where growth, teamwork, and professional development are valued. Requirements: Skills and Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age & have a valid drivers license Experience in cost estimation, preferably within the construction or engineering industries Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
