Requirements Gathering & Analysis:o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.o Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.2. Technical Support & Development:o Provide support for .NET technologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Rest API development and Power BI reports and data visualizations.o Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications.3. Data Analysis & Reporting:o Utilize SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server Database Platforms to create and manage reports.o Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Microsoft Reporting Services Development Environment.4. Agile Development & Collaboration:o Work within agile development frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of projects.o Utilize source control management tools to maintain code integrity.5. Project Management:o Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.o Ensure technical requirements are met and align with business objectives.6. Team Collaboration:o Work effectively with remote technology team members using collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
