These programs will have a high degree of complexity, are often on a global scale, and can contain multiple technology components. This individual will also be responsible for working closely with the Apps Associates’ PMO on internal initiatives to grow the Practice. This position reports to the Practice Director within the Apps Associates PMO.\nJob Duties\nCollaborate with client contacts managing cross-functional client project team members to facilitate project delivery\nEnsure the delivery of programs through the following phases: Concept, Requirements Definition, Design, Build, Test, and Deployment\nCollaborate with Apps Associates project team members, who are both onshore and offshore to successfully deliver projects\nManage the execution of the project's activities and resources in partnership with the division technical leads and business partners\nLead project teams through scoping definition and ensure all execution efforts align to project goals\nLead the establishment of measurable and achievable critical success factors for the project\nControl planning and execution to ensure that cost, time, and quality goals are met\nDevelop and maintain project plans and related project artifacts and provide view of plans and progress to date\nManage against the approved budget and recommend course correction as necessary.\nConduct periodic stakeholder meetings to ensure status clarity and clear expectations\nAdhere to the Apps Associates project management methodology\nPossesses the ability to turn troubled projects around when and if needed\nMake continuous improvement a priority - The Program Director should have a solid grasp of basic and many advanced project management principles, along with having experience in successfully applying and advancing those principles.\nSupport Apps Associates sales team with the development support of new sales opportunities and/or support changes to existing scope utilizing internal change control processes\nTravel Requirements\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 75% if needed\nWork Requirements\nRemote work approved with on-site/customer facing work required periodically depending on project phase and/or customer requirements\nFor remote work, associate must have a dedicated space to conduct/attend meetings and perform job duties\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation and years of experience: BS/BBA 16-18, MS/MBA 14+\n5+ years of Program Management experience with programs of $7M+ in annual revenue\n10+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar level role\nLeadership of a minimum of twelve (12) full life-cycle implementations in the Senior Project Manager or Program Manager role\nGlobal/multi-product implementation experience\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong time management, organization, and collaboration skills\nProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet (preferred), Jira (preferred)\nProficiency with the Microsoft suite of business productivity tools (for example: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams)\nStrong understanding of the cloud software development lifecycle including waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.\nDemonstrated ability to lead multi-pillar, multi-project programs\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite Stakeholders\nEffectively manages engagement risks and escalates appropriately\nProject Management/Technology Experience Requirements:\nThe Program Manager must have project management and/or hands on experience with at least three (3) of the following technologies:\nOracle Cloud ERP (Fusion, SCM, Financials, HCM, or equivalent)\nOracle EBS\nAmazon AWS\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)\nCustom Software Development (with the Enterprise space)\nIntegration technologies such Boomi, Mulesoft, Oracle Cloud Integration Service or equivalent\nAnalytics technologies such as SnowFlake, Hyperion, Oracle Analytics Cloud or equivalent\nSalesforce implementation experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP Certification (PMP, PGMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP)\nOracle Cloud Project Management Professional\nSix Sigma Green Belt Certification\nMBA or Higher Education Level\nGeneral Requirements\nIn the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:\nPerform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.\nInteract professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.\nWork effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.\nWork independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.\nNote: Nothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
