In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for commission operations while helping drive efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service for internal and external partners.What You'll DoCommission Processing & OperationsExecute bi-monthly commission processing and chargeback workflows accurately and efficientlySupport cancellations, cash deposits, and payment applications as neededMaintain detailed knowledge of commission structures, operational systems, and funding workflowsEnsure timely and accurate processing across all assigned operational responsibilitiesStakeholder Support & EscalationsServe as a key point of contact for escalated commission and billing inquiriesBuild strong working relationships with internal teams, agents, dealerships, and external partnersProvide timely and professional responses to operational and customer inquiriesSupport after-hours business needs and operational continuity when requiredProcess Improvement & Operational ExcellenceIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational complianceSupport system enhancements, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiativesAssist leadership in evaluating operational gaps and recommending solutionsSupport training and onboarding efforts for team members as neededWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou'll be successful in this role if you're highly detail-oriented and enjoy working within complex operational and financial processes.
