The Program Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program and maintain a structured, therapeutic, and trauma sensitive environment where youths can thrive. Join our multi-disciplinary team of talented professionals who support and make a positive difference with children, youth and families, while working for an organization that invests in employee well-being and work/life culture.\n\nTotal Compensation\nGenerous starting salary range $71,680 - $73,680* *Highest end of starting salary for Master’s degree-level. Commensurate with experience, Bachelor’s degree-level has potential for starting range salary negotiation.\n\n*Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, on-call rotation stipend, extra shift rate, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases.\n\nInsurance\n\nGenerous company contribution with over 90% of medical and 70% for dental premiums\n\nBlue Cross Blue Shield provider network with low deductibles and co-payments.
