You'll partner with leadership to drive safety, service, operational excellence, and team performance while ensuring every delivery reflects our commitment to a five-star customer experience.\n\nWhy This Opportunity Is Different\nUnlike many operations leadership roles, you'll have direct influence over both warehouse and delivery execution while working alongside an experienced leadership team committed to your success.\nYou'll enjoy:\n\nMeaningful leadership responsibilities with room to grow.\nExposure to every aspect of final-mile logistics.\nA collaborative, fast-paced environment where your ideas matter.\nOpportunities to improve processes and drive measurable operational results.\nA stable, growing organization with continued expansion nationwide.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nSupport daily final-mile delivery and warehouse operations.\nLead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse associates and delivery teams.\nRecruit, manage, and build strong partnerships with independent contractors.\nMonitor KPIs and implement continuous operational improvements.\nOversee inbound and outbound operations including staging, repairs, returns, claims, and delivery readiness.\nEnsure on-time delivery performance while minimizing damages and service failures.\nConduct field ride-alongs to coach delivery teams and maintain customer satisfaction.\nMonitor active routes and proactively resolve delivery issues.\nCreate labor schedules that support operational demand.\nMaintain safety, compliance, and operational consistency.\nHelp achieve budget and financial performance goals.\nFoster a culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and customer service.\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum 5 years of Final Mile/Last Mile delivery experience.\n3–5 years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution.\nFurniture delivery experience strongly preferred.\nExperience managing and recruiting independent contractors.\nStrong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.\nExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nHighly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.\nCompensation & Work Model\nSalary: $72,000–$75,000 annually\nWork Model: Onsite\nBenefits Include:\n\nMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance\n401(k)\nLife Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nLocation\nCarson, California\nThis is an onsite leadership position supporting warehouse and final-mile delivery operations.
