Join the Division of Infrastructure Operations (DIO) Enterprise Services Team as a SoftwareTest Coordinator!\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and execute software testing for:\nOperating System updates\nSoftware updates\nApplication updates\nSecurity updates\nPlan and coordinate testing activities with customers and stakeholders.\nServe as the primary point of contact for all testing questions and issues.\nFacilitate communication and mediate discussions between technical teams and customers.\nTrack testing progress and ensure timely completion of testing activities.\nVerify that software changes meet customer requirements and quality standards.\nIdentify, document, and communicate testing results, issues, and risks.\nSupport successful software deployments by ensuring testing is completed within committed timelines.\nWe're Looking For Someone Who:\nHas strong organizational and coordination skills.\nCommunicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExcels at problem-solving and issue resolution.\nCan manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nIs detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.\nWorks collaboratively and takes ownership of testing activities from start to finish.\nApply today and help us deliver reliable, high-quality technology solutions!\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience or 6 years with a HS Diploma/equivalent\nDemonstrate experience testing, validating and troubleshooting software packages and applications in an enterprise environment.\nExperience in creating test plans, test cases and test documentation to track test activities, testing dates and deployment info.\nTier 2/3 technical experience with Windows Workstation Operating Systems.\nExperience using Artificial Intelligence in Software Test Coordinator role.\nMust be a US Citizen.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nReview and clarify customer requirements.\nCollaborate with application teams to ensure that testing is comprehensive and efficient.\nLead customers through test coordination process.\nPer existing processes, document and communicate what is being tested, test results, and troubleshooting initiatives.\nTrack the progress of testers and report success rates.\nIdentify functional problems during testing and provide resolution.\nInteract with engineering and application groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.\nWork with Production Coordinator with release and remediate any possible Production deployment issues.\nDetails\nTarget Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
