This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in electrical design, collaborate with senior engineers, and build a strong technical foundation in renewable energy.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nEmbrace, uphold and live out PSE's core values around People, Problem-Solving, and Progress.\nSupport electrical design for utility-scale renewable energy projects, with an initial focus on solar.\nAssist with renewable site layouts, electrical calculations, and electrical studies.\nSupport equipment selection and evaluation for solar and other renewable technologies.\nPrepare and update design drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.\nCoordinate with senior engineers and internal teams to support project delivery.\nParticipate in project meetings and collaborate with customers and vendors as needed.\nOccasional travel to project sites (approximately 10%) to gather site-specific data as needed\nWhat You Will Need:\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines.\n0-2 years experience in renewable energy industry.\nAbility to obtain a PE (Professional Engineer) licensure within a reasonable time.\nEligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\nKnowledge and Skills\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD; exposure to solar design tools or electrical study software preferred.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and resources effectively.\nAbility to work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to evolving renewable energy technologies and design practices.\n\nCompensation:\nSalary Range: $85,236 - $90, 566 annually.\n\nThis salary range reflects the anticipated base pay for candidates with up to two years of relevant experience. Candidates with additional experience will be considered for higher compensation.
