This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes and develop expertise in electrical systems assembly.\nResponsibilities\nAssemble electrical components and subassemblies according to detailed schematics, technical drawings, and IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies.\nUse hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to accurately install components such as PCB (Printed Circuit Boards), connectors, wiring, and surface mount technology (SMT) devices.\nSolder components on PCB assemblies utilizing industry-standard techniques, ensuring high-quality joints that meet IPC 610 standards.\nInterpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to facilitate accurate assembly processes.\nConduct testing of electrical wiring and assemblies using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools to verify functionality and troubleshoot issues.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to review design specifications and suggest improvements for manufacturing efficiency.\nUtilize calipers, measuring tapes, and other precision tools to ensure dimensional accuracy during assembly.\nSupport quality control efforts by inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies in accordance with IPC 610 standards.\nAssist in the setup and calibration of machinery related to electrical assembly tasks.\nExperience\nProven experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly environments with a focus on electrical wiring, soldering, and PCB assembly.\nFamiliarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their integration within systems.\nKnowledge of schematics interpretation, mechanical knowledge, and the use of hand tools such as calipers, screwdrivers, and power tools.\nExperience working with surface mount technology (SMT) components and understanding of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies.\nAbility to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics accurately.\nPrior exposure to machining processes or mechanical assembly is advantageous.\nDemonstrated electrical experience including troubleshooting with ohmmeters or multimeters is preferred.
