This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that drive performance and organizational effectiveness.\nThis position is evolving from a primarily structured training role into a more dynamic, change-focused position. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable operating with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with business leaders to assess learning and organizational needs and design effective solutions\nSupport and execute all phases of the Organization Development (OD) lifecycle (assessment, design, delivery, evaluation)\nPartner with leaders and stakeholders to support change readiness, communication planning, and adoption of organizational initiatives\nDevelop engaging learning materials, tools, and communications\nFacilitate training sessions and OD programs (in-person and virtual)\nManage program logistics, communications, and LMS updates\nCreate and maintain project plans, track milestones, and proactively identify risks\nAnalyze program data and feedback to drive continuous improvement\nSupport organizational change initiatives, including communication strategies and learning interventions\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in learning, training, OD, or program coordination\nExperience participating in organizational change management efforts, including communication planning, stakeholder readiness, adoption activities, and learning interventions that support business transformation\nExperience working with or presenting to leaders (Director level or above)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nDemonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools\nAbility to influence without direct authority and build effective relationships across a complex organization\nCompetencies\nComfort with ambiguity: Able to succeed in a less structured, evolving environment\nSelf-directed: Works independently and drives work forward with minimal guidance\nStakeholder management: Builds strong, credible relationships across levels\nConsultative mindset: Translates business needs into effective learning solutions\nAnalytical thinking: Uses data to evaluate effectiveness and inform improvements\nCollaboration & influence: Works cross-functionally and influences without direct authority\nWork Environment\nHybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite in Yonkers, NY\nOccasional travel to local sites as needed\nIdeal Candidate\nComfortable navigating change and ambiguity\nA self-starter who takes ownership without needing step-by-step direction\nSkilled at balancing project execution and stakeholder relationships\nExperienced in or exposed to change management environments\nPassionate about learning, development, and organizational impact\nMontefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
