They are able to articulate their thoughts verbally and on a whiteboard and enjoy considering differing perspectives.\nThis is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based out of our Richmond, VA office.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage a portfolio of projects and support the planning and prioritization process for the initiatives in accordance with the Exiger Software Development Life Cycle process\nBuild and manage the roadmap in collaboration with technical teams (including Engineering, Product Operations, Data Science, etc.) that work on building and scaling Exiger products\nLead initiatives through ideation, strategy, planning, delivery, and launch\nConsult and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and define complex project requirements\nCreate and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring: overall project timeline/milestones, tasks, resources, task dependencies, and critical paths\nCreate dashboards and reporting to track project progress supported by metrics\nCoordinate meetings, as needed, to initiate working sessions, resolve project issues, etc.\nAggressively manage dependencies and impact, coordinate with other groups, and remove obstacles that stand between our team and business & customer success\nFormulate project presentations for executive leadership on project status and decisions\nProvide project leadership, direction and coaching to team members and project stakeholders, escalate and communicate project/program status, issues, and risks, and interface with platform vendor and leadership to ensure project remains on scope and deliverables are met\nProvide transparency and communication across the program team and amongst stakeholders\n\nAbout You\n10+ years of proven technical program management experience within a technology function, leading cross functional teams\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Management Information Systems preferred; or equivalent work experience\nFanatical drive and ability to get things done to deliver value to the business\nOutstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment consisting of technology, product management and business functions\nYou can identify gaps in solutions, debate technical approaches, and weigh in on product vs technology tradeoffs.\nYou have a data-driven mindset in your decision-making and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into data\nAttentive to details and highly organized\nDemonstrated experience in managing successful large, cross functional projects\nDemonstrated experience with process & change management\nBonus points:\nDeep experience with Agile, certification is a plus!\nPeople management experience\nWe're an amazing place to work.
