We have international offices, staff and clients calling us from around the world.We are seeking a specialized, on-site CBT Delivery Developer in Honolulu, Hawaii for a contingent opportunity based on contract award. In this role, you will design and develop interactive courseware and computer-based training in the native Chamorro language for host nation audiences. You will convert written materials into interactive courseware, storyboard multimedia, and develop educational multimedia using industry-standard authoring tools. You will collaborate daily from our Honolulu office with regional customers and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy, instructional alignment, and cultural appropriateness.Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Development: Design and develop total course materials for participants and facilitators, including instruction, exercises, evaluations, activities, and job aids.Instructional Design: Determine appropriate vehicles and delivery channels (instructor-led, CBT, virtual web-based, blended solutions) to achieve desired performance outcomes.Multimedia Authoring: Plan and storyboard multimedia. Develop educational multimedia using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Dreamweaver, Articulate Studio, or Raptivity.Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, and evaluation plans.
