{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"1599aad8055bdcc78f438c8d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1599aad8055bdcc78f438c8d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1599aad8055bdcc78f438c8d","title":"CNC Operator 3rd shift","description":"*Job Overview*\n\n* Set up and run either turning or milling center\n* Work from and follow process specifications, work instructions, blueprints, relevant process controls, and verbal/written instruction.\n* Actively observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction.\n* Conduct in process inspections and measure workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.\n* Remove flash, burrs, and sharp edges from work piece.\n* Keep Machine and work area clean\n* Report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to Supervisor.\n* Perform housekeeping chores as department requirements dictate.\n* Other duties as assigned by Supervisor\n\n*Key Roles*\n\n* Independently perform required part inspection duties\n* Work to standard and contributes to continuous improvement; communicates issues to supervisor in a timely manner; effectively leaves notes for next shift\n* Work with Mazak, Okuma, and Brother CNC machines\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
