Travel related to this full-time, non-exempt role will be less than 5%. This role will be based in our Walpole, NH office.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nPerform structural analysis on light wood frame and small mass timber structures, including gravity and lateral analysis\nSize members, design connections,\nPlan and design foundations, floor & roof framing, and timber frame structures following construction and government codes and standards, using analysis software, excel spreadsheets, and 3d and 2d CAD drawing tools\nProvide technical advice regarding design, construction and structural alternatives to timber framers, carpenters, architects, construction managers, and sales associates\nPreferred Qualifications\nB.S. in structural, mechanical, or civil engineering\nInformation Modeling Computer Aided Design study or experience\nE.I.T. preferred\nConstruction experience preferred\nAdditional Attributes for Success\nHigh attention to detail with the ability to complete assignments accurately, to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines, and to work independently and within a team setting\nStrong verbal and written skills\nPositive team player with strong problem solving skills and ability to positively motivate team to accomplish goals\nStrong belief in customer service and satisfaction\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary Range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 a year\nBenefits include: medical insurance, holidays, paid time off, voluntary dental insurance, voluntary life insurance, voluntary short-term disability, 401(K)\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nDental insurance\nFlexible spending account\nHealth insurance\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nReferral program\nApplication Question(s):\nWhy are you applying to this role?
