You will be able to work independently and leverage partnerships throughout the organization to accomplish business objectives.\nMarex has unique access across markets with significant share globally both on and off exchange. The depth of knowledge among its teams and divisions provides its customers with a clear advantage, and its technology‑led service provides access to all major exchanges, order‑flow management via screen, voice and DMA, plus award‑winning data, insights and analytics.\nResponsibilities A key member of the middle office providing comprehensive support to the financial futures front office and clients. Report and escalate issues timely to the Head of the team as well as relevant senior management of the Desk.\nDaily BAU (Business As Usual) activities include, but not limited to, reconciling trade positions and flows, managing trade lifecycles, sending trade confirmations and client statements, dealing with errors and ensuring all positions are flat hourly, as well as making sure all relevant trades are reported correctly to meet FCA, NFA and other regulatory frameworks.\nContributing to the establishment of new controls, enhancement and automation of existing reconciliation tools and processes.\nWork closely and partner with finance, treasury, risk, audit and compliance departments.\nMaintain detailed operating procedures for the team and train new joiners to ensure business continuity and minimize staff risk.\nTrade allocations on various futures markets including LIFFE, EUREX, CME, CBOT and all major Asian markets.\nOperating appropriate controls to capture and resolve trades not claimed within given timescales.\nValidation of daily volumes and P&L on behalf of the team of brokers.\nWorking on projects for new system initiatives to meet the requirements of the trading team and our clients.\nOnboarding of new voice and electronic (DMA) execution clients.\nAssist with the set-up of new brokers that join our global team, working closing with the back office and trade support.\nBuild relationship with our software vendors in order to troubleshoot any problems or any enhancements that we may require.\nAll employees are expected to understand and comply with any Sarbanes Oxley operational requirements relevant to their role.\nEnsuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.\nAdhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company‑determined parameters are complied with.\nRole model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.\nAt all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct: To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.\nTo report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required.\nTo escalate risk events immediately.\nTo provide input to risk management processes, as required.\n\nThe Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time.\nCompetencies, Skills and Experience Competencies Committed to continuous improvement.\nMeticulous attention to detail.\nCustomer‑focused.\nA collaborative team player, approachable, self‑efficient and influences a positive work environment.\nDemonstrates curiosity.\nResilient in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.\nExcels at building relationships, networking and influencing others.\nInsight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness.\nSkills and Experience Experienced working in a similar middle office / operations role in the financial services industry.\nExperience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.\nGood knowledge of the ATEO/TT suite of products (TEO, LISA).\nUnderstanding of trade flow and processes of financial futures middle office.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.\nProven independent problem solving and analytical skills.\nSalary Range: $60,000 to $90,000 per year base salary and eligible for discretionary bonus.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
