Title: Registered NurseLocation: Minnetonka, MNDuration: PermanentFull TimePay: $85k to $90K annual + benefitsJob Description:Overview:The Facility is looking for a Registered Nurse for their Assisted Living Memory Care building in Minnetonka, MN. This nursing role would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age residents are met with support from staff such as resident assistant (support role) for our care and living facility.Responsibilities:Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status.Implements new and updates current resident care plan.Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed.Leads and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration.Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times.Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff. Required:Current MN RN license.AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Preferred:Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems.Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents, families and physicians or providers.
