The bartender will play a key role in enhancing our guests' experience and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.\nEngage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service throughout their visit.\nManage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.\nHandle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.\nEnsure compliance with all food safety and food handling regulations, maintaining a clean work environment.\nMonitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service laws.\nCollaborate with kitchen staff for food service during events such as banquets or catering functions.\nMaintain knowledge of beverage menus, including brewing techniques and cocktail recipes, to provide recommendations to guests.\nAssist in setting up for special events or themed nights within the nightclub or hospitality venue.\nSkills\nProficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.\nStrong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.\nExcellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.\nExperience in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet service, or food industry environments is preferred.\nBasic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating drink recipes accurately.\nKnowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.\nAbility to work flexible hours including nights; experience in hospitality or food service is highly valued.\nFamiliarity with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage trends such as brewing techniques.
