As a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in keeping our store running smoothly while enjoying excellent benefits and the chance to grow your administrative expertise in a supportive, enthusiastic team.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and maintain accurate inventory records\nCoordinate stock replenishment and deliveries\nWork closely with store associates to ensure product availability\nMonitor inventory levels and report discrepancies\nEnsure POs are properly received from Ace and non‐Ace vendors.\nReport inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders received.\nWork with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment upon arrival at the store.\nEnsure all outs are researched by scanning the location using a mobile device, determining cause, and following all processes to correct the errors.\nUtilize all Mango reports and programs along with daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.\nFollow defective merchandise procedures to ensure credits are received.\nMaintain on hand integrity throughout the store by reviewing inventory discrepancies to determine the cause of the discrepancy. Counts must be adjusted as needed after the matter has been properly researched.\nMaintain oversight of the following functions within store operations: price change completion, integrity of location codes, manage inventory levels, and adjustments.\nCoordinates store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories.\nParticipates in all Inventory Coordinator training and consistently trains and shares knowledge with other store associates.\nWork with various Store Support Center departments to ensure proper inventory controls are in place.\nPartner with members of management to report and find solutions for inventory concerns.\nComplete all other inventory functions as assigned by management.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to work on-site with weekend and holiday availability\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities\nCompensation Details\n$16 - $18/hour based on experience\nBenefits\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance\nSupportive and community-focused work environment\nOpportunities for professional growth and skill development\nWork Schedule\nFull-time hours with weekend and holiday availability required\nOn-site role at your local Ace Hardware store\nLocation: Pate ACE Home & Hardware of Live Oak, Fl\nReady to join a loving and enthusiastic team where your work makes a difference?
