You will help define and classify critical data, ensuring it meets quality and safety standards. You'll collaborate with technology and business partners to deliver data that supports business operations, analytics, and AI/ML use cases. Your work will help drive faster innovation and support the firm's strategic agenda.You will execute processes and procedures to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks throughout the data lifecycle, ensuring compliance with firm policies and standards. This role offers you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of AI-ready data products.Job Responsibilities:Create and execute plans for the development and delivery of Business Banking product data to support business objectives, operations, analytics, metrics, and reportingServe as the Business Banking data subject matter expert and deliver AI-ready data productsDefine the scope of critical data elements for the product and ensure they are documented, understood, and appropriately classified with metadataPartner across business teams to define data requirements, support data discovery, and assess feasibility and dependenciesPartner with analytics leadership to identify data needed for analytics platforms and initiatives that drive business outcomesDefine and document expectations for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and coordinate delivery of agreed data quality outcomesInfluence partners to remediate data issues quickly, balancing urgency with risk management and sustainabilityEstablish processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks across the data lifecycle, including protection, retention, storage, use, quality, and dispositionDrive execution of work required to meet firmwide data integrity and protection standards, coordinating across stakeholdersBuild strong working relationships with business, technology, analytics, operations, and risk and control partners to align delivery and outcomesTrack milestones, risks, bottlenecks, workstreams, and key performance indicators to ensure successful delivery of data outcomes; lead direct or matrixed team members as neededRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills8+ years of experience in a data-related fieldExperience managing delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelinesDemonstrated expertise in product or business data and related processesWorking knowledge of data management and data governance conceptsUnderstanding of modern data platforms and/or data architecture conceptsProven ability to deliver outcomes through strong internal partnerships and influence without authorityStrong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to senior audiencesStrong structuring and problem-solving skills with sound business judgmentUnderstanding of Agile delivery practices and ways of workingExperience with risk and control requirementsBachelor's degree requiredPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsUnderstanding and practical experience in data engineering and analytics (SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Spark), machine learning (Python, JupyterLab, LLMs), cloud technologies and their applications (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks)Knowledge of open data standards, data taxonomy and vocabularies, metadata managementAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsMaster's degree
