High-performing individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership and a commitment to the company's success will be considered for performance based incentives tied to future business ownership opportunities.\r\nReports to: Operations Manager\r\nKey Responsibilities: Manage multiple commercial AV/IT installation projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution from project kickoff through completion.\r\nLead and manage the Installation department team in achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals through accountability, coaching, and performance management.\r\nCoordinate, prioritize, and allocate personnel, equipment, and project resources to support efficient project execution and on-time delivery.\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.\r\nManage project scope, schedule, budgets, and labor resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.\r\nIdentify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate project status to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.\r\nBuild, develop, and lead high-performing installation teams by fostering professional growth, accountability, technical excellence, and ongoing training.\r\nSupport continuous process improvement by implementing and adhering to EOS processes, operational workflows, and performance metrics.\r\nRequired Qualifications: 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing commercial AV installation projects\r\n10+ years of experience in Audio Visual systems and commercial construction methodology\r\nCTS or CTS-I certification (preferred)\r\nMust have a strong understanding of Audio Visual and low voltage systems\r\nMust have a strong understanding of IT networks and standards\r\nCoordinate with the Project Engineer to fully understand project scope of work and resolve any site challenges\r\nExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\r\nAdaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements\r\nProficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office\r\nKnowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities\r\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred\r\nTo Achieve Top-Level Success, You Will Need To: Support, contribute, and comply with the companys entrepreneurs operating system (EOS)\r\nAlign with the Core Values of IM Solutions\r\nWork well under pressure and maintain the highest standards of integrity and teamsmanship\r\nIM Solutions Core Values Alignment\r\nCore values are the most important aspects of the IM Solutions culture.
