Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Paralegal, located in Carlsbad, CA. The Senior Paralegal will manage the preparation of legal documents including discovery, perform legal research, coordinate with attorneys, review and organize documents, and ensure compliance with legal standards. The role requires handling client communications, maintaining case files, and assisting attorneys in case development and trial preparation. Qualifications At least 3 years of California Family Law experienceProficiency in Law concepts and practices, with a strong understanding of legal principles and proceduresExperience in Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewExcellent Communication skills for drafting correspondence, interacting with clients, and collaborating with attorneysStrong Research skills to gather and analyze legal data effectivelyHigh attention to detail and organizational skills for managing case documentation and deadlinesProficiency with legal research tools and case management softwareParalegal certification or similar degree
