{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"154663b9341ff5b72c582013","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/154663b9341ff5b72c582013","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/154663b9341ff5b72c582013","title":"DTA PROGRAM SUPERVISOR","description":"DTA PROGRAM SUPERVISOR\nAdult Developmental Disabilities Day Program\nAJ’s Safe Place | DOWNTOWN PHX, AZ 85003\nFull-Time | Leadership Position\nAJ’s Safe Place is looking for an experienced DTA Program Supervisor who knows how to successfully lead an adult developmental-disabilities day program.\n\nThis position is designed for someone who already has strong experience in DTA services, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, special education, or another structured day-program environment and is ready to take ownership of daily program operations.\n\nWe are specifically looking for someone with experience in:\n\nSupervising and training DSPs\n\nManaging a DTA or adult day-program floor\n\nArizona DDD services and expectations\n\nISP goals and member programming\n\nBehavior plans and challenging behaviors\n\nStaffing ratios, including 1:1 and enhanced staffing\n\nIncident reporting and documentation\n\nMedication and member-safety procedures\n\nCommunity outings and transportation coordination\n\nStaff scheduling and daily assignments\n\nPreparing for DDD monitoring visits and inspections\n\nCoaching, redirecting, and holding staff accountable\n\nCommunicating with families, Support Coordinators, and management\n\nWhat You Will Lead\nThe DTA Program Supervisor is responsible for making sure the program runs safely, professionally, and consistently every day.\n\nYou will:\n\nDirect and supervise the DTA team\n\nConduct daily staff huddles\n\nAssign staff according to member ratios and needs\n\nMake sure members are actively participating in meaningful programming\n\nTrain and develop new and existing DSPs\n\nObserve staff performance and provide immediate coaching\n\nReview documentation for accuracy and completion\n\nEnsure ISP goals and behavior plans are being followed\n\nRespond appropriately to incidents and member-safety concerns\n\nMaintain an organized and inspection-ready program\n\nHelp develop activities, community integration, life-skills programming, and structured daily schedules\n\nWork closely with program leadership to continually improve the DTA\n\nWho We Want\nWe are looking for someone who is:\n\nExperienced. Organized. Confident.
