LaForce is looking for a Painter to join our team and support our glazing and painting operations. If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—we want to hear from you!\nStarting Pay: $20-22/hr. based on experience.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAs a Painter at LaForce, you’ll be an essential part of the production process, working with hollow metal frames, doors, and components. Your day-to-day will include:\nPrepping and painting frames and components using airless and pressure-pot spray systems.\nApplying glazing bead to door frames using powered tools.\nReading and interpreting shop orders and drawings to meet job specs.\nOperating hand and power tools (sanders, grinders, saws, etc.).\nMoving materials safely with forklifts and other equipment.\nKeeping the painting and glazing areas clean and well-stocked.\nAssisting in warehouse operations including loading/unloading and inventory.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nA high school diploma or GED (preferred).\nSome experience with painting, manufacturing, or related trades.\nAbility to read and follow instructions, safety rules, and manuals.\nForklift certification (training provided).\nA team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day.\nMust be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.\nComfortable working with tools and equipment on your feet all day.\nWhy LaForce?\nWe believe in taking care of our team, and we offer great benefits, including:\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage\n401k program with company match\nPaid time off\nTuition reimbursement\nWellness program\nCompany-provided tools\nNo nights or weekends\nFun, professional work environment\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
