You will act as the customer’s advocate when customers have detected quality problems.\n\nOn any given day, your responsibilities would include:\n\nResponding to day-to-day design, production, and customer quality issues related to production lines.\n\nResolving production problems associated with process errors, non-conforming parts, and design problems.\n\nAssisting with the application and monitoring of established inspection procedures and methods.
