Revenue Manager

A client of ours in Hilton Head is looking to hire a Revenue Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping with the guest experience, driving revenue strategy, and coaching a team with excellent guest services standards. This is a direct hire role and fully onsite.Responsibilities:Help to lead and develop a team of vacation plannersDrive revenue through smart booking strategies and upsell opportunitiesWork with forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics to support business goalsManage staffing requirements and help to interview, hire and train new employeesQualifications: Experience working with full service resortsAbility to contribute to employee developmentReservation Department management experienceStrong communication skillsBenefits & Compensation: $65k - $70K + commissionPTO, Health Insurance, 401k
