Handler","description":"Job Summary\nAccuForce is seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to join our client's shipping team in Bristol, TN.\nPay Rate: $18.50 per hour ($17.00/hr base + $1.50/hr shift differential)\nJob Type: Full-time\nShift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)\nOvertime: Mandatory weekend overtime (Saturday & Sunday) required as needed.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nLoad and unload materials from trucks, organize the warehouse, and assist with shipping/receiving operations.\nSupply paper and materials to machines across the facility.\nEnter data accurately into the Radius operator system and complete all required paperwork cleanly and efficiently.\nPrint and complete bills of lading and packing slips.\nPerform inventory checks as needed.\nMaintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.\nComplete miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.\nRequirements & Qualifications\nEducation: High school diploma or GED required.\nExperience: Prior forklift and/or clamp truck experience required.\nSkills: Strong basic math skills, proficient computer and data entry skills, and great attention to detail.\nMultitasking: Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stoop, bend, and twist repetitively throughout the shift.\nAbility to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.\nSupport SQF (Safe Quality Food) certification guidelines.\nMaintain regular, punctual attendance.\nPay: $18.50 per hour\nEducation:\nHigh school or equivalent (Required)\nExperience:\nMaterial handling: 1 year (Required)\nWork Location: In
