The ideal candidate is organized, solution-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment where quality, communication, and client relationships are top priorities.\nAs a Project Manager, you will oversee project schedules, budgets, and technical design while coordinating with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage multiple civil engineering projects from initial proposal through final construction.\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication and exceptional customer service.\nPrepare project proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.\nCoordinate project teams, including engineers, designers, surveyors, and permitting staff.\nOversee the design and production of construction plans for commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use developments.\nEnsure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as applicable engineering standards.\nCoordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, utility providers, and review staff throughout the permitting process.\nReview engineering plans, calculations, reports, and specifications for quality and accuracy.\nMonitor project budgets, schedules, and contract deliverables while proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.\nAttend client meetings, development meetings, and public hearings as needed.\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to project engineers and design staff.\nSupport business development efforts by maintaining existing client relationships and assisting with new project opportunities.\nCollaborate with Eagle's Survey, Construction Materials Testing, and administrative teams to deliver successful projects.\nQualifications\n4+ years of experience managing civil engineering or land development projects.\nStrong knowledge of site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, utilities, and permitting processes.\nProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.\nExperience coordinating with local municipalities and regulatory agencies throughout North and South Carolina is preferred.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or ability to obtain).\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProven ability to build client relationships and lead project teams.\nSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nWhy Eagle Engineering?\nAt Eagle, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
