If you are a meticulous tester with a passion for ensuring robust and reliable software, we encourage you to apply.Job Title - QA Test Analyst IIINumber of Positions - 3Job Location - 1 Ecolab Place, St Paul, Minnesota, United States of America, 55102Duration: 5 Month+ contractPay Rate: $50 C2C --- NEED LOCAL ONLYNO OPT Visa is acceptedJob Description -1 person with Mandatory C# .net experience.1 person with Mandatory Node JS experience.1 person with C# or Node JS experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and detailed test cases based on complex requirements analysis.Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Jmeter to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.Perform thorough manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, API, and performance testing.Identify, document, and track defects meticulously within JIRA, providing clear and actionable bug reports.Collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders throughout the Agile development lifecycle to ensure quality is integrated from the outset.Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide detailed insights to facilitate timely resolution.Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and testing.Proven expertise in Software Testing principles, Test Planning, and Test Case Design.Demonstrated experience with Defect Tracking, Bug Reporting, and Requirements Analysis.Proficiency in SQL for data validation and querying.Hands-on experience with API Testing, including tools and methodologies.Strong understanding and practical application of Automation Testing concepts and frameworks.Experience with Selenium for web automation and Jmeter for performance testing.Solid understanding of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Exceptional Problem Solving abilities and a keen Attention to Detail.Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.Preferred QualificationsISTQB Certified Tester certification.Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) certification.Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of testing within them.What We OfferCompensation: USD $50 per hour.Benefits: Access to a competitive benefits package.Work Environment: An onsite role in Saint Paul, MN, fostering collaboration and team synergy.Opportunity: A challenging and rewarding contractual position with a key role in ensuring software excellence.
