Machine OperatorPress Operator Location: Chandler, AZ 85226 Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00 DOE Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30p.m. Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate leads by example, demonstrates a strong understanding of production operations, and supports the Manufacturing Manager in all production-related activities. Essential Job Functions:Proper use of production equipment.Accurate reading and execution of work order instructions.Recording part counts, lot, batch, and cure (if applicable), and scrap amounts.Loading, using, storing, and identifying tooling.Ensuring proper packaging to protect materials during handling and shipping.Accurate product labeling (including label content like P/N, quantity, lot, etc.).Performing equipment preventative maintenance (if requested and trained).Conducting Ryobi and other customer cycle counts.Identifying and communicating waste during fabrication.Proper storage and identification of raw material stock.Recording labor for parts produced.Maintaining clean and organized shop areas.Recording run parameters.Following all safety protocols in the work area.Contributing to production feasibility meetings (if requested).Knowledge & Skills:Excellent physical strength and staminaStrong time-management skillsEffective interpersonal skillsExceptional attention to detail
